Educational Benefits for Service Members

We are approved vendors for the Army Credentialing Assistance (ACA) program, the GI Bill®, the Air Force Credentialing Opportunities On-Line (AF COOL) program, and the My Career Advancement Account (MYCAA) program. These programs are educational benefits provided to service members, veterans, and military spouses, but they each serve different purposes:

  1. Army Credentialing Assistance (ACA) Program: This program helps soldiers earn professional and technical credentials that can improve their job skills and career prospects both within the military and in civilian life. It covers the costs associated with training and certification exams.

  2. Air Force Credentialing Opportunities On-Line (AF COOL) Program: Similar to the Army CA program, the Air Force COOL program provides airmen with funding to earn professional certifications and licenses that enhance their skills and prepare them for careers both in and out of the Air Force. This program covers expenses related to training, study materials, and exam fees.

  3. GI Bill®: This is a broader set of education benefits available to veterans, service members, and their families. The GI Bill® can be used for a variety of educational expenses, including tuition, fees, housing, and books, for approved programs such as college degrees, vocational training, and non-degree certifications.

  4. SpouseWorks (formerly MYCAA) Program: This program provides up to $4,000 in financial assistance to eligible military spouses pursuing licenses, certifications, or associate degrees in portable career fields. SpouseWorks is designed to help military spouses build flexible career paths that can move with them through military life transitions.

  5. Additional Funding Opportunities

In addition to the funding sources listed above, students may also be eligible for assistance through the following organizations:

AMVETS – Offers programs and resources that may help eligible individuals pursue certification and training opportunities.

Navy SEAL Foundation – Provides scholarships and certificate/license funding opportunities for eligible members of the Naval Special Warfare community and their families.

SEAL Future Foundation – Offers education and professional development support for eligible members of the Naval Special Warfare community.

Funding eligibility and application requirements are determined by each organization. Please contact the organization directly for the most current information.
