Bryan McCallion

Bryan McCallion, PMP®, CSM, is an IT Project Manager at Greencastle Consulting with extensive experience leading complex technology initiatives in both corporate and military environments. He specializes in project execution, change management, and leadership, with a focus on clear planning, stakeholder alignment, and successful delivery.

Bryan served over eight years in the U.S. Army as a Combat Engineer and Airborne Paratrooper, including a deployment to Afghanistan, and concluded his military career as a Staff Sergeant in Army Special Operations. He holds an MBA from Saint Joseph’s University and maintains several professional certifications, including PMP®, CSM, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. He is also a PMI Authorized Training Partner Instructor. Bryan enjoys helping project managers navigate challenging projects with clarity and precision.

Fun Fact: When he’s not managing projects, Bryan enjoys fly fishing, playing golf, and tackling DIY projects, usually with his toddler “supervisor” keeping a close eye on progress.
