Derrick Blair, PMP®, is a seasoned Project Manager with over 25 years of experience leading large-scale integration projects in both corporate and Department of Defense environments. He currently supports the Navy DPO modernization and maintenance project, applying both Waterfall and Agile methodologies to manage complex initiatives. Derrick has extensive experience coordinating across government, contractor, and stakeholder teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
A veteran of the U.S. National Guard, Derrick served as a primary instructor during his 20-year military career and continues his commitment to leadership as an active member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. He is also a PMI Authorized Training Partner Instructor. Derrick is passionate about helping professionals build practical skills and succeed in their project management journey.
