Shauna M. Strickland, PMP®, PMI-ACP® is a Project Management Administrator at the National Center for State Courts (NCSC) and an accomplished project manager, business process analyst, and team leader with 20 years of experience managing a variety of projects in the not-for-profit sector. She currently oversees the operational management of the Research & Design group, coordinating the bid and proposal process, leading a team of project support staff, and training group members on operational and project management policies and procedures.

Shauna holds a Master of Public Administration from Old Dominion University and maintains multiple certifications, including PMP®, PMI-ACP®, BPMP®, and PMI-CPMAI. She is also a PMI Authorized Training Partner Instructor and has been recognized with the Jeanne A. Ito Staff Award in 2006 and the Staff Excellence Award in 2023. Shauna is passionate about helping professionals strengthen their project management skills and apply practical solutions to real-world challenges..

Fun Fact: Shauna loves to travel and has explored much of the country through her work with NCSC. Even now on vacation, she enjoys meeting new people and adding their travel stories to her ever-growing bucket list.
