Jon McGlothian is the President and co-founder of TMOG Learning, where he leads with a passion for helping professionals unlock their potential through project management certification. With over 20 years of leadership experience across public and private sectors, Jon brings real-world insight into every classroom, bridging the gap between textbook knowledge and career application.

Jon holds multiple industry-leading certifications—including PMP®, PMI-ACP®, DASSM®, and CMA®—and is known for making complex concepts clear and achievable. At TMOG Learning, he mentors aspiring CAPM and PMP candidates through a structured, supportive, and results-driven approach.

He views every student as the hero of their own journey. His role? To provide guidance, accountability, and tools needed to help them overcome challenges and achieve their certification and professional goals with confidence.
