Laura Beatty serves as the Training Coordinator at TMOG Learning Center, where she ensures that every student’s certification journey is smooth, structured, and supported. With over 16 years of experience in team leadership and project management, Laura is the operational backbone behind TMOG’s CAPM and PMP programs.

Before joining TMOG, Laura honed her skills in educational environments, including roles within Virginia Beach City Public Schools, where she cultivated a deep understanding of learner needs and classroom dynamics.

At TMOG, Laura is the first point of contact for students—coordinating schedules, managing course logistics, and ensuring that each learner feels guided from enrollment through exam day. Her attention to detail and empathetic approach make her a trusted navigator for students embarking on their certification journey.

Fun Fact: Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending time with her family and spending her days at the beach, bringing the same enthusiasm and dedication to her personal life as she does to her role at TMOG.
