Tracy McGlothian, MBA

Tracy McGlothian is the Co-Founder and Vice President of TMOG Learning Center, where she leads initiatives that empower individuals through vocational training and life skills development. With a strong background in business administration and a passion for community engagement, Tracy has been instrumental in expanding TMOG's offerings to include vocational programs, as well as life skills courses that prepare students for both personal and professional success.

Holding a Bachelor of Business Administration from Austin Peay State University and an MBA from Union University, Tracy combines academic knowledge with practical experience to create programs that are both effective and accessible.

Fun Fact: When she's not empowering students at TMOG, Tracy enjoys reading about American history and exploring historical sites across the country—finding inspiration in the stories of resilience and transformation that shaped our nation.
